We organise the open, standardised MET twice a year, the exact dates depend on demand. We have also organised Customised METs in the past that are targeted to the specific needs of one company. In November 2006, we have taken a group of 18 mobile executives from the Ukrainian MNO Kyivstar to Tokyo. The Kyivstar managers took part in a management development programme focused on mobile innovation.
